We begin by creating or using your existing design, adjusting color profiles to match the fabric for accurate results. We then convert the design into a compatible format for flawless digital printing.

Fabrics, especially cotton and silk, may be pre-treated with a coating for better ink absorption and to prevent bleeding. Heat or steam treatment is sometimes needed to improve ink bonding and print quality.

We carefully mount the fabric onto the printer, ensuring it’s perfectly flat, wrinkle-free, and properly aligned for accurate printing. Depending on the printer type, we either load the fabric as a roll for continuous printing or use cut sheets for flatbed printing, ensuring optimal results every time.

We set the print parameters (resolution, speed, and color settings) and apply the appropriate textile inks based on the fabric type. The printer then directly prints the design onto the fabric, following the design file.

The final printed fabric is inspected for color accuracy, print quality, and any defects such as misalignment or bleeding. Some fabrics may also undergo color fastness testing to ensure resistance to washing and light exposure.
